Membership Directory
Members can now access the telephone and email addresses of fellow members via a secure, password protected, part of the website. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is something the Club must comply with from May 2018. All members (as a condition of membership) have accepted that the Committee may need to contact them (e.g. as shareholders or via a weekly newsletter) or share their contact details with other members (e.g. for the purposes of running tournaments).
To avoid the past practice of sharing lists of members emails and telephone numbers, we have now made available a Member Directory.
Members can access this via their password protected member account (or magic link sent to their member email of record)
Once you have logged in to your Member Account you will see a number of options – select Member Directory and search for the relevant member (first name, surname etc)
